Dr Todd Sebby DVM

About Dr. Sebby

A proud graduate of Texas A&M Veterinary School and the current owner of WSVC. Dr. Sebby is best known for his "bedside manor", compasion for companion animal and small animal care, and operating one of the most successful veterinary practices in Hays County.


Fun Facts:

  • Dr. Sebby enjoys: antiquing, arrowhead hunting, and travel with his family
  • Loves spending time with grandkids and family
  • Plays bass guitar and sings (shhh... don't tell him we told you)

About Dr. Williams

Dr. Williams the original practioner of Williams Veterinary Clinic now Williams-Sebby Veterinary Clinic opened the practice in 1985 and was Dr. Sebby's mentor. He is well known for his work with large animals and exotics here at the clinic.

  • Outside of the clinic he enjoys working on his ranch.
  • Spending time with his family and children.
  • Active and involved in his church family.
  • Loves all animals and of course our clients and their pets.


Dr Kendall Schaefer DVM

About Dr. Schaefer

Dr. Schaefer has been a part of the team since she graduated Texas A&M in 2021. Her favorite type of appointments are new puppy exams and her favorite surgery to perform is a C-section. Dr. Schaefer also has an interest in behavioral medicine which started when she helped train service dogs during college. Dr. Schaefer enjoys helping our clients and their pets stay healthy and happy.


Fun Facts:


  • Owns a Standard Poodle & Labradoodle and spends more time on their haircuts each year than she does on her own.
  • Certified Scuba Diver
  • Her favorite place that she has visited is Hawaii

Dr. Forster joined our team in 2021. She originally owned her own practice and now provides assistance for our team of veterinarians at the clinic as an relief veterinarian.

Mark actually owns an aviary and runs a bird rescue in addition to being heavily involved on and off stage in the Texas Music Scene.

  • Mark owns a cat "Lyric" who is the momma to all of his exotic birds & chickens

Don Kelvin
Veterinary Technician

About Don

Don Kelvin was born and raised in Philadelphia. He is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Don served all around the world as a pharmacy technician, and also as a computer programmer/network administrator, while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.


After retirement, he then worked for 10 years in the Special Education Department at the San Marcos School District, teaching children with autism and other special needs.


Don is a self-taught musician who plays piano, guitar, and harmonica. Other hobbies I enjoy are chess, reading, and bicycling. I am married, with 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 11 chickens. I have been happily helping human and non-human animals at the Williams-Sebby Vet Clinic for over 10 years.

About Tyler

Tyler (who goes by Ty) has been a part of the team since 2019 & is a veterinary technician. grew up working on ranches with cattle and horses, so this career has helped me to capitalize on my knowledge with animals. I have been married to my beautiful wife since 2018. We have a daughter and baby boy. Tyler enjoys helping our clients and their pets stay healthy and happy.


Fun Facts:

  • I own my own business called Wright Farrier Services. This is where I work and fix horses’ feet by
  • trimming and shoeing them. I have been a farrier since 2015.
  • Things I love to do are working out and shooting guns.
  • We have cattle, chickens, 5 horses, 3 dogs, 2 ducks, a cat, a fish, and hermit crabs.
  • I am a team roper and used to ride bareback horses and bulls.

I'm a homebody and when not working I'm usually at home with my 6 dogs Christie enjoys helping our clients and their pets stay healthy and happy.

  • 6 dogs Reno, Tahoe, Sedona, Tulsa, Nana and Stelle Belle all of which are from shelter or rescued

About Anne

Savannah attended her first dog show when she was 8 years old and was instantly hooked. She has been working professionally in the animal industry for over 14 years. As well as training, she is a multi-faceted all-breed groomer. Savannah has employment experience in multiple faucets of the animal industry including veterinary medicine, animal grooming, neonatal/wildlife rehabilitation and dog training ranging from competition training to pet training aswell as behavioral mondification.


Savannah got her start training hunting dogs and actively trains and participates in multiple dog sports including conformation showing, mondioring, PSA, AKC obedience, rally obedience, barn hunt, and fast CAT! Savannah has extensive experience handling and working with reactive, fearful, and special needs animals as well as a number of large and exotic animals. In her free time she can be found attending seminars, dog sport competitions,training her Belgian shepherds, hiking, and volunteering her time working with special needs animals.
